We are hiring a Programme Manager to lead life skills implementation across two districts in Jharkhand, Gumla and Khunti. The role is based in Ranchi, Gumla or Khunti.

The role

You will provide leadership on quality delivery, reporting and outcomes. You will lead the district team. You will set an example by teaching and being on site in government schools. You will meet school leadership regularly.

You will complete monthly reports. You will oversee data upload and verification. You will lead the assessment of children's projects. The programme is outcomes-based.

You must

Speak Hindi. Be able to travel across both districts. Be based in Ranchi, Gumla or Khunti. Have experience in large-scale education or life skills programme implementation and reporting.

We work from government schools. We don't have WFH.
