Job Description

Role Overview

We're looking for a highly driven Program Manager who can bring operational excellence, accountability, and execution rigor across Ascendion's campaigns, brand storytelling, leadership positioning, digital execution, events, design, stakeholder management, and growth initiatives.

This is not a passive coordination role.

You will act as a force multiplier to ensure ideas move from strategy to execution with speed and precision.

You'll work closely with senior marketing leaders, agencies, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure work gets done, timelines stay on track, and impact gets delivered.

You should thrive in fast-moving environments, confidently interface with stakeholders at all levels, and know how to push execution forward independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive End-to-End Marketing Program Execution
  • Program manage strategic marketing initiatives across brand, digital, campaigns, communications, content, and events
  • Ensure program tracking, reporting, and execution, ensuring timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables move seamlessly
  • Build and manage execution plans, trackers, workflows, review cadences, and reporting mechanisms across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure initiatives move from planning to completion with operational discipline and visibility
  • Become the Operational Backbone of Marketing
  • Interface with marketing leaders, agencies, creative teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders while maintaining strong working relationships
  • Follow up proactively and ensure momentum is never lost across projects
  • Anticipate bottlenecks early and help unblock teams to keep execution moving
  • Work at the Intersection of Marketing + AI
  • Use AI tools and intelligent workflows to improve productivity across project management, reporting, campaign coordination, event execution, and operational planning
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and improve execution efficiency across the marketing organization
  • Bring an AI-first mindset to how modern marketing teams operate, collaborate, and scale
  • Manage High-Impact Marketing Initiatives
  • Support planning and execution of key events, leadership roundtables, customer engagements, conferences, and flagship brand initiatives
  • Coordinate vendors, logistics, creative assets, communications, attendee management, and execution timelines
  • Ensure campaigns, launches, and events execute with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Partner with design, content, digital, and campaign teams to operationalize marketing priorities effectively
  • Bring Structure, Visibility & Reporting
  • Build dashboards, status reports, trackers, and executive summaries to improve visibility across marketing initiatives
  • Help teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, risks, and progress
  • Introduce scalable operational processes that improve marketing efficiency and collaboration

Required Skills:-

  • Have an MBA (preferred), or equivalent experience, with 3–4 years in program management, marketing operations, campaign co-ordination, consulting, or AI-led business transformation environments
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive
  • Can confidently communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Know how to drive work forward diplomatically but firmly
  • Thrive in high-accountability, fast-paced environments with multiple moving priorities
  • Have experience working with agencies, vendors, events, or marketing teams
  • Are curious about AI-native ways of working and operational excellence
  • Believe great marketing requires not just creativity — but exceptional execution
