Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in helping teams measure and improve operational excellence, product excellence, and accessibility.
- Experience in program management, coordinating cross-organizational programs.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create documentation and new business processes in order to drive efficiency.
- Excellent program management skills on technical cross-functional projects (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
- Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in collaboration with program stakeholders, including near- and long-term objectives.
- Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs. Identify and execute on program tasks including managing dependencies.
- Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.
