About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Operations professional to join our team at Heads Up For Tails. This role requires a strong understanding of retail business operations, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will analyze business performance, optimize replenishment cycles, and support operational efficiency across franchise store.
Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise stores, ensuring smooth communication, operational support, and timely resolution of queries or issues.
- Inventory & Replenishment Management:
Monitor stock levels across franchise stores, analyze sales trends, and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate replenishment cycles.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and operational data using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights and performance dashboards for decision-making.
- Business Operations Support:
Assist in implementing and monitoring operational processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and
supporting initiatives aimed at improving franchise performance and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to streamline operations,
enhance store performance, and address franchise requirements effectively.
- Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate franchise data, reports, and records while ensuring compliance with company
policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills/What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations and business analysis.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable
insights.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel (Advanced Functions) and Power BI.
