Job Title: Program Manager for Category
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 1 – 2 yrs
Qualifications: Engineering Graduate
About the Role: This is a role for someone who wants to be in the thick of it. As Program Manager – Category, you will work at the nerve center of BSC's category operations — connecting the dots between design, planning, production, retail, and finance to drive sharper decisions and faster execution. If you are someone who loves numbers, thrives in ambiguity, and can hold your own in a room full of specialists, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
Own and analyze category-level margin and performance data; surface insights that drive commercial decisions
Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that give the category team real-time visibility
Work closely with design, planning, and production teams to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination within the category
Collaborate with retail, finance, and other departments on joint initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines, data, and deliverables
Support the category team in preparing business reviews, strategy inputs, and operational plans
Identify gaps in processes and take ownership of plugging them — without being asked twice What
We're Looking For
Engineering graduate (any discipline) with 1–2 years of work experience
Strong analytical ability — comfortable with large datasets, margin economics, and structured problem-solving
High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus
Sharp communicator who can translate numbers into narratives and work across teams without losing context
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Prior exposure to retail, fashion, or consumer businesses is a bonus — not a must
Why This Role
You will get rare, early-career access to the full commercial engine of a fast-growing premium brand — from how products are built to how they sell. The learning curve is steep, and it is entirely yours to climb.
