- Oversee day-to-day operations: facility management, logistics, and administration.
- Develop and implement operational policies for compliance and efficiency.
- Manage resources to meet operational needs within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the training industry.
