Job Title: Program Manager
Meraki LabsLocation: Bangalore, India
5 days on-site from HSR, Bangalore
About Meraki Labs:
Meraki Labs is a startup incubation centre founded by Mukesh Bansal — the builder behind Myntra, Curefit, and Nurix AI. We identify breakthrough ideas across technology, health, commerce, education, and AI, and build them into companies from the ground up.
Our engineering foundation is led by Peeyush Ranjan — formerly VP at Google, VP of Engineering at Airbnb, and CTO at Flipkart — bringing world-class product and technical depth to every venture we back.
The Role:
This is a 0→1 builder role. This isn't a role with a defined scope. You'll be one of the earliest members of the Meraki Labs team, working directly with the founders to identify, validate, and build our next venture — before it has a name, a product, or a team.
That means you'll do whatever the problem requires: market research one week, customer interviews the next and then rolling up your sleeves to get an MVP off the ground. You'll be the person who figures things out when there's no playbook, and who builds the playbook once you do. If you've been waiting for a chance to work at the very beginning of something, this is it.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Spot and validate opportunities: Research markets, map white spaces, build hypotheses, and pressure-test them with real data and real people.
- Own go-to-market from day one: Design and execute GTM strategies for products that are still being defined — positioning, pricing, early customers, the works.
- Get into the field: Talk to customers, potential partners, and domain experts constantly. Translate what you hear into decisions.
- Build before there's a team to build it: Write the copy, set up the tools, onboard the first users, and find the first partners. You won't be delegating this.
- Set up how we work: As ventures take shape, you'll help build the operating cadence, OKRs, and internal systems that let us move fast without breaking things.
What We're Looking For:
3 - 6 years of experience — ideally with an MBA from a strong programme, paired with time in consulting, startup growth, or investment. We'll equally consider exceptional candidates who've founded or co-founded a company and have the scar tissue to show for it, even without a formal business degree.
- You've worked close to zero: You've been in an early-stage environment before and know what it feels like to build without a net. Or you've been at a larger place but were always the one who gravitated toward the ambiguous, undefined problems.
- Technical enough to be dangerous: You don't need to code for us, but you've engaged seriously with technology — through a technical degree, past work, or genuine curiosity. You can read a system, ask the right questions, and build with no-code tools when you need to move fast.
- You bias toward action: Your default is to try something, learn, and iterate — not to wait for a brief or approval.
- You're genuinely curious: About markets, about people, about how things work. You read widely, ask good questions, and find the non-obvious angle.
This Probably Isn't for You, If:
- You want a clear job description with defined deliverables — this role will look different in three months than it does today.
- You like strategy but not the grind of execution — you'll be doing both, often at the same time.
- You need a team around you to get things moving — you'll often be the team.
Why Meraki Labs:
- Work directly with founders who've built and scaled companies at the highest level.
- Be part of shaping what gets built next — from the very first question.
- Competitive compensation with meaningful upside as ventures grow.
- A culture that runs on ownership, not oversight.
