Job Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager (Expansion) to lead our growth initiatives in one of the clusters. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can identify, evaluate, and operationalize new supply opportunities while ensuring sustainable business growth. This position will play a key role in expanding our centers across the respective cluster (North), ensuring feasibility, profitability, and excellence in execution. The candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end ownership of
center launches, including financial planning, supply identification, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Feasibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of micro-markets to identify new expansion opportunities.
- Evaluate feasibility based on location, quality of life, demographics, and affordability.
- Track emerging hubs, residential/commercial clusters, and competitive landscape.
- Supply Acquisition & Execution
- Plan and execute new center launches with full ownership of P&L.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centers.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- On-Ground Insights & Engagement
- Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights.
- Liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in expansion, business development or program management.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for center visits and feasibility studies.
- Proven ability to manage P&L for new initiatives.
- Role requires travel across cities within the respective cluster
