Designation: Manager- Programmes (Education)

Location: New Delhi (Barakhamba Road)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in development and implementation of a strategy to grow OneStage programs and Donor servicing by bringing in more quality and depth with special focus on education thematic area.

Responsible for end to end grant management as well as direct implementation (DI) of organization's charitable programmes for allotted donors.

Programmatic field monitoring of the projects supported by different donors.

Management of the operational planning and delivery of organization's projects and programs including workflow and resource management, monitoring and reporting of targets, resolution of issues and trouble shooting.

Ensuring quality in donor proposals and reporting with particular emphasis on OneStage value added services while managing the projects.

Coordinate, and as and when required, conduct field monitoring visits of all ongoing projects and ensure compliances to field observations

Organizing events & workshops capacity building activities with partner NGOs as & when required.

Identify new funding sources and conduct prospect research.

Understand institutional history and programs and ability to summarize into well written proposals.

Write and submit grants in collaboration with the internal teams.

Building a robust pipeline of funding. Develop, foster and maximize relationships with institutional and corporate funders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with around 6-10 years of techno-managerial experience in programme management in development sector.

Project management & stakeholder management experience.

Excellent writing, analytical, and presentation skills.

Good facilitation skills with people across experience levels and ability to manage by influence.
