Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager with 18+ years of experience to lead and optimize end-to-end business operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, manage large teams, and align operations with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across business units, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives
  • Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvements
  • Manage large cross-functional teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, forecasting, and execution
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and risk management protocols
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Handle stakeholder management, including internal leadership and external clients/vendors
  • Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives where applicable
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational P&L

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of experience in Operations Management / Delivery Leadership
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and teams (100+ members preferred)
  • Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder and client management experience
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Ability to drive change management and transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • Experience in IT/ITES, BFSI, or Consulting domains
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP are a plus
