Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive efficient inventory management across the value chain. This role will focus on
ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time while improving speed, reducing aging and enabling smooth operations
across teams.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong data or analytics background who is looking to move beyond analysis into owning
outcomes, driving execution and working closely with business teams.
Given the central nature of inventory in the business, this is a high-visibility, high-impact role with regular interaction with senior
leadership and a direct influence on key business metrics such as sales, working capital and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Planning & Visibility
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of inventory across procurement, warehouse, refurbishment and sales
- Use Excel / Google Sheets and dashboards to track stock levels, movement and demand patterns
- Support demand-supply alignment through data-driven planning
- Business Continuity & Availability
- Ensure consistent availability of inventory to avoid stock-outs or excess buildup
- Identify potential gaps early and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them
- Support smooth flow of inventory across the value chain
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with procurement, operations, logistics and sales teams
- Align stakeholders to ensure faster inventory movement and issue resolution
- Follow structured review cadences and track key action items
- Performance Tracking & Process Improvement
- Track TAT (turnaround time) and throughput across different stages
- Identify bottlenecks and support teams in resolving them
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays
- Inventory Health & Liquidation
- Monitor inventory aging and highlight risks proactively
- Support liquidation of slow-moving or excess inventory through appropriate channels
- Ensure overall inventory remains healthy and aligned with business needs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience preferably in data analytics, operations, consulting or similar roles
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Operations / Analytics or relevant.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; working knowledge of SQL, Python or BI tools is a plus
- Someone who enjoys working with data but is equally interested in driving on-ground impact
- Good problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- Ability to work across teams and take ownership of outcomes
