Program Manager Key Responsibilities: . Manage and oversee multiple projects under the program to ensure timely delivery. . Define program goals, objectives, and success metrics. . Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. . Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. . Communicate program updates, milestones, and issues to senior stakeholders. . Ensure alignment of projects with overall business strategy. . Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. . Drive process improvements and best practices across projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field. . 6-10 years of experience in program or project management. . Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. . Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. . Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects. . Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Preferred Skills: . PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is an advantage. . Experience in handling complex, multi-department programs.
