About the Role
V5 Global is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage staffing programs for a premium consumer electronics client. The role involves overseeing pan-India retail operations, visual merchandising, promoter training, onboarding, and client relationship management while ensuring smooth program execution aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Client Coordination
- Manage end-to-end staffing program execution across pan-India.
- Act as the primary point of contact between client and internal teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of all program milestones within budget and expectations.
Retail Operations Management
- Oversee deployment and performance of retail teams across locations.
- Monitor retail operations, stock availability, and brand visibility.
- Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure execution of VM guidelines across retail outlets.
- Monitor in-store branding, product placement, and display standards.
- Conduct regular audits and recommend improvements.
Promoter Training & Development
- Design and execute training modules on product knowledge, sales, and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular promoter training and refresher sessions.
- Track promoter performance and provide coaching support.
Induction & Onboarding
- Manage onboarding and induction of new retail staff/promoters.
- Ensure smooth integration and role clarity for new joiners.
Reporting & Analytics
- Share regular reports on staffing, retail KPIs, and operational performance.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and status reports for client and leadership.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, retail partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Travel & Field Operations
- Conduct field visits across Delhi and other regions.
- Ensure on-ground execution as per client standards.
