About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Program Manager with strong exposure to the Banking domain to lead and deliver large‑scale infrastructure and cloud transformation programs. The role demands hands‑on experience with enterprise infrastructure, Azure cloud projects, and strong stakeholder management in regulated banking environments.

This is an opportunity, ideal for professionals who have led complex infra initiatives across data centers, cloud, and hybrid ecosystems within BFSI organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end IT Infrastructure programs within the Banking domain, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate across internal teams, shared services, vendors, and partners for seamless execution of infrastructure initiatives.
• Own program governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple concurrent projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with regulatory and banking compliance standards.
• Drive on‑prem to cloud migration programs, including workload assessment, dependency planning, and risk mitigation.
• Perform proactive risk and issue management, especially related to security, compliance, and operational continuity.
• Manage client and business stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted delivery partner.
• Prepare and maintain detailed program plans, status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Report progress, risks, and financials to senior leadership; escalate issues as required.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, and third‑party engagements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and demonstrate awareness of P&L implications.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience as a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager managing large infrastructure programs.
• Strong IT Infrastructure knowledge (Data Center, Networks, Storage, Compute, End‑User Services).
• Hands‑on experience delivering programs in the Banking / Financial Services domain.
• Experience managing cloud transformation or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management with strong client‑facing communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification – Preferred.
• Azure Certification – Good to have.
• Prior exposure to financial management / P&L concepts – Good to have.
