Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong technical foundation in Infrastructure and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have progressed through hands-on technical roles such as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Infrastructure Architect before moving into Program Management.
The role involves leading large-scale infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, modernization, and platform engineering programs while working closely with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders. The candidate should possess deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, infrastructure operations, and program governance.
Key responsibilities include driving program execution, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing delivery milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Strong experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP, infrastructure modernization, data center transformation, networking, security, and IT operations is essential.
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of overall experience, including significant exposure to cloud infrastructure and enterprise-scale program management, along with excellent stakeholder management, budgeting, vendor management, and leadership skills.
