Job Description

MediaMint Combined — MediaMint, DataBeat, and Taktical Digital, 3,000 people across Hyderabad and New York — is transforming into a Native Agentic company. The Chief Transformation Officer owns the vision, governance, and execution oversight for AI and agentic adoption across all three companies, under a company-wide initiative.

You will be the CTO's liason to run the program: the person who converts a leadership declaration into a running program. You will drive the operating cadence, chase every initiative to closure, negotiate with senior leaders across three companies, and own the single source of truth on transformation progress. When the CTO is in the market or with clients, you keep the engine running — and you speak with his authority.

This is not a coordination job. It is an ownership job with visible sponsorship from the CEO, COO, and CTO.

We are seeking a highly structured, strategic, and experienced Program manager with 10+ years of experience to build, mature, and run our Program Management Office. This role will report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation and will play a key role in driving and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful execution of enterprise-wide change programs and operational excellence. In this role, you will be the bridge between technology, data engineering, and ad operations. You will oversee a portfolio of digital AdTech platform migrations, analytics integrations, and campaign operations frameworks, ensuring all projects align with company benchmarks, client timelines, and maximum operational efficiency.

What You Will Own

  • Program governance: run the Forge operating cadence — monthly scorecard, quarterly goal reviews, milestone tracking across every initiative and owner.
  • The single view: own the PMO / central registry of all agentic initiatives across MediaMint, DataBeat, and Taktical — what is being built, by whom, with what outcome. Leadership should never feel randomized again.
  • Efficiency goal rollout: drive the 20–30% delivery efficiency goal into the field — baselines locked, measurement running, exceptions surfaced, progress reported.
  • AI Champions network: operationalize nomination, training coordination, and activity tracking for champions across all delivery directors.
  • The Forge Vehicle: run the idea pipeline — intake, SME-signed scoping gate, SWAT team formation, productization tracking, and builder recognition.
  • Cross-company probe: maintain the recurring discovery of agentic work across Taktical and DataBeat; make sure the best of each company travels to the others.
  • Leadership communication: prepare board-ready updates, town hall content, and the CTO's briefing materials. Draft first, polish fast, no fluff.
  • Blocker escalation: when an initiative stalls — access, tooling, bandwidth, decision — you chase it to resolution or escalate with a recommendation, not a status report.

Who You Are

  • 8–12 years of experience, with at least 5 in program management, transformation, strategy, or chief-of-staff roles in a services, consulting, SaaS, or AdTech environment.
  • You have run programs across multiple senior stakeholders and can hold your own with directors and VPs — push back, negotiate, and close without needing the sponsor in the room.
  • Genuinely hands-on with AI: you use agentic tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your own work weekly and can demo something you have built or automated. You will be tested on this.
  • Structured to a fault: you turn ambiguity into plans, plans into trackers, and trackers into decisions. You measure what matters and kill vanity metrics.
  • Direct communicator: crisp writing, no corporate-speak, comfortable delivering bad news early.
  • High ownership, low ego: you are happy for initiative owners to get the credit while you make the whole system work.

STRONG PLUSES

  • Experience in AdOps, programmatic, media operations, or digital marketing services.
  • Exposure to AI/agentic transformation programs — rollout of copilots, automation platforms, or AI adoption initiatives.
  • Experience working across India–US teams and time zones.
  • MBA or equivalent — useful, not required. Evidence of shipped outcomes beats credentials.

What Success Looks Like — First 2 Quarters

30 days Forge operating cadence live. PMO registry v1 populated. Efficiency baseline methodology locked with Delivery. 90 days Monthly scorecard publishing on schedule. 100% of delivery directors have a nominated champion. First idea through the full Forge Vehicle (intake → SWAT → build). 180 days First efficiency gains measured and reported vs. baseline. POC-to-production conversion tracked. CTO spending measurably less time on program mechanics and more on strategy and clients.

In this role, you will be strictly required to uphold our Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Responsibilities include safeguarding sensitive asset data, completing mandatory security awareness training, reporting potential security incidents or vulnerabilities immediately, and ensuring that daily operations comply with our rigorous data protection protocols.
