Program Manager

Chat360 is looking for an experienced and proactive Program Manager to drive and manage multiple cross-functional programs from planning through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple programs, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution;
• Define program objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams;
• Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication;
• Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives;

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related role
• Graduate or Post Graduate with strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in SaaS / IT / Technology companies will be preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or similar
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
• PMP certification will be an added advantage
