Function: Business Operations | Execution Discipline | Revenue & Cross-Functional Tracking

Location- Mumbai

Reporting To- COO (with weekly reviews with the Founder/CEO)

Experience- 4–8 Years

Function- Business Operations / Program Management / Revenue Operations

Company- Pinkvilla

Role Type- Hands-on Execution and Operating Cadence

Role Overview

Pinkvilla is looking for a hands-on Program Manager to drive execution discipline across Revenue, Content, Video, Social, Marketing, Product, and Business Operations.

This role is for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving media business, ensure cross-functional tasks are closed on time, and help leadership track priorities, owners, deadlines, blockers, and outcomes.

This is not a passive coordination or strategy-only role. The person must actively drive closure, follow up across teams, and escalate risks with solutions and options.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Functional Execution Tracking

  • Own the master tracker for key company priorities across Revenue, Content, Video, App, Social, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Convert meetings into clear action items with owners, timelines, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Follow up daily and weekly with stakeholders to ensure task closure.
  • Highlight delays, blockers, and missed deadlines proactively.

2. Revenue and Sales Execution Support

  • Track sales-related subtasks, including proposals, decks, pricing, content deliverables, campaign requirements, client commitments, and closure timelines.
  • Maintain a weekly revenue action tracker with Sales, Finance, Content, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure sales dependencies from Content, Social, and Video teams are completed on time.
  • Support leadership with visibility into signed deals, verbal commitments, proposals in progress, and at-risk revenue.

3. Platform and Content Operating Cadence

  • Help run weekly reviews for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Social, App, and Video/Content growth initiatives.
  • Track platform metrics, content calendars, output commitments, and monetization-linked action items.
  • Ensure platform owners report progress against agreed metrics and action plans.

4. Leadership Review and Reporting

  • Prepare concise weekly updates for the COO/CEO covering:
  • Completed actions
  • Delayed items
  • Key blockers
  • Escalations
  • Priorities for the upcoming week
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers that provide leadership with a clear view of business execution.
  • Ensure decisions from leadership meetings are documented and followed through.

5. Escalation and Blocker Management

  • Identify cross-functional dependencies early and escalate unresolved blockers with solutions, not just problems.
  • Push for closure without requiring constant supervision.
  • Create accountability without creating unnecessary meetings.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create trackers, dashboards, weekly updates, and action plans.
