We are seeking a Program Manager who can oversee complex, multi-stream initiatives and ensure delivery across teams, timelines, and dependencies. This role focuses on execution discipline, coordination, and outcome ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end programs involving multiple projects and teams
- Define program goals, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, and leadership
- Track progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and execution
- Prepare program updates, dashboards, and leadership reviews
- Drive consistency in processes and delivery standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in program or project management roles
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel

- Experience managing large-scale or enterprise programs
