Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives / Academic Counselors to guide students and professionals in selecting suitable certification and training programs aligned with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners on courses and certification programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM systems.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
• Basic understanding of technical training programs is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
