Program Manager Branch Expansion | Rupeek | Bengaluru
Role Overview
As a Program Manager Branch Expansion, you will be responsible for managing the expansion, operations and PnL of new branches from planning to on-ground execution. This role combines branch GTM, operational rigor, analytical thinking, and customer problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Program Execution: Own the full lifecycle of new branch launches planning, approvals, setup, tracking, and performance management.
- On-Ground Execution: Personally oversee branding, hiring, vendor coordination, and BTL marketing to ensure a seamless launch experience.
- Data & Analytics: Track key program metrics, analyze branch performance, and derive insights to drive efficiency and growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across internal functions (sales, operations, business, compliance, tech) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Process Excellence: Build scalable SOPs, checklists, and review mechanisms to ensure consistent execution quality in terms of PnL, risk and compliance.
- Customer-Centric Thinking: Incorporate customer insights and feedback loops to ensure every branch reflects Rupeek's service promise.
- Travel: Frequent travel to cities for launch oversight, audits, and field execution.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 24 years in program management, operations, or expansion roles ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment, and focussed on offline programs.
- Self-starter comfortable with end-to-end ownership and field execution
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Strong analytical mindset and process orientation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in offline GTM strategy and on-ground marketing operations
- Good to have: Working knowledge of SQL, experience with branch ops
