Role Overview
We are scaling our new vertical focusing on Quick Commerce. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a lead Program Manager for this vertical. The candidate will be spearheading the development, and execution of our reverse logistics operations, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive strategy and roadmap for the Quick Commerce vertical in alignment with the company's objectives and growth targets.
- Team Coordination and BAU: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Quick Commerce across cities, lead daily standups and maintain proper coordination with multiple internal teams including operations, product-tech, finance etc.
- Expansion and Scalability: Drive the expansion of quick commerce to new hubs and cities according to the phased rollout plan. Identify opportunities for scalability and growth while maintaining operational excellence.
- PnL Management: Manage end to end PnL, improve Gross Margins as business scales and drive visibility to all teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and <1 year of work experience.
Preferred only Tier 1 colleges.Basic MS-Excel & SQL fluency is a must.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
