Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs.

• Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.

• Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.

Program & Project Management

• Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.

• Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.

• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.

Operational Excellence

• Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

• Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.

• Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.

• Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/ operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.

• Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

• Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
