Position Title: PROGRAM MANAGER - Banking + Java role

Experience Level: 18+ Years

Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month

Location: Mumbai, MH

Budget: 45 L PA

Work Mode- 5 Days Work from office & also alternate 2 Saturdays work from office

Must-have profile

• 18+ years overall experience
• Strong Java technology background
• 7–8+ years of Banking domain experience
• Strong Program Management / Service Delivery Management experience
• Experience managing large application programs/projects
• Has handled 200+ resources
• Experience managing a large account/project end-to-end
• Strong client-facing/front-ending capability
• Delivery ownership + stakeholder management
• Revenue/commercial accountability is highly desirable
• Should be able to understand and respond to both:
• Banking/domain-related queries
• Technology/application-related queries
• Must have enough technical depth to solution and guide the client, even if no longer hands-on.
