Job Description

  • Act as the central coordinator for theRetail B2B Sales Programacross geographies.
  • Design and roll out playbooks, incentives, training materials, and SOPs for field sales teams.
  • Work with sales managers to monitor lead generation, field productivity, and conversion metrics.
  • Drive adoption and usage of CRM or sales tech tools; ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting.
  • Identify bottlenecks in lead flow, market coverage, and customer onboarding; recommend fixes.
  • Track program KPIs including activations, revenue per field rep, and customer retention.
  • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reviews for business leadership.
  • Coordinate with ops, marketing, product, and finance to align all aspects of program delivery.

Requirements:

  • 48 years of experience inprogram management, business operations, sales enablement, orstrategy rolesin B2B or logistics organizations.
  • Experience in alogistics / PTL / cargo companyismandatory.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of cross-functional execution.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards (Google Sheets/Data Studio/Looker preferred).
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and execute at speed.
  • Excellent communication skills; should be able to influence and drive change across functions.
