We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Project Manager to lead complex, outcome-driven, and fixed-bid consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in
change management, risk management, and structured project governance, with a proven ability to manage large-scale data and technology programs. This role requires a consulting mindset balancing delivery excellence, client partnership, and financial outcomes while managing dependencies across multiple teams and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead fixed-bid and outcome-based engagements from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and drive detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and workstreams. Proactively monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and adjust plans as needed
Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early; implement mitigation plans; and manage scope changes through structured change management processes
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of accountability for project outcomes. Partner with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and communicate progress transparently
Multi-Team Collaboration: Coordinate across cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore), technology streams, and external vendors. Ensure seamless integration of activities across data, applications, cloud, and analytics domains
Governance & Reporting: Establish strong governance models (RAID logs, steering committees, financial tracking) and provide clear reporting on status, risks, financials, and outcomes
Parallel Project & Program Management: Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring delivery quality and financial health
Consulting & Business Value Orientation: Translate client needs into actionable delivery priorities. Drive not just project execution but also measurable business impact and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience:
8–12+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a consulting/professional services environment
Strong track record managing fixed-bid and outcome-based projects in data and technology domains (data platforms, integrations, application modernization, cloud, or analytics)
Demonstrated success in handling multi-million-dollar engagements and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
Skills
- Deep expertise in project planning, execution, and governance
- Strong command of risk management, change management, and dependency management
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple complex engagements in parallel
- Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certifications highly preferred
