Role Objective
We are currently seeking a Program Manager - BI Analytics(Role 6M) to manage Analytics & BI Development processes. This is a hands-on technical and People Manager role. This position requires that the candidate be a skilled on Power BI, Advance Excel, TSQL, Tableau and support on Reporting and Analytics applications. The candidate needs to have strong technical knowledge and be very structured and analytical in his/her approach.

. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities through IDPs, 9 Blocker, SWOT Analysis and Bell Curve
. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
. Conducts training.
. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
. Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning, and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
. Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions.
. Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Graduate (BE-BTech Computer science /BCA/MCA/MSc Computers) or have an equivalent academic qualification- having a MBA is an advantage
Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)
