Role Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives across AiSensy.
This person will work across teams to convert founder and leadership priorities into structured plans, clear owners, timelines, review systems, and measurable outcomes. The role will involve driving delivery, ensuring launch readiness, coordinating execution across functions, tracking funnel movement and business performance, and helping scale initiatives after launch.
This is not a passive coordination role. It is a high-ownership execution role for someone who can follow through deeply, solve for momentum, identify gaps, and create operating discipline across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives
- Own execution of high-priority company initiatives across product, engineering, growth, marketing, operations, support, and other teams
- Translate founder or leadership priorities into concrete action plans with timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and expected outcomes
- Break large initiatives into executable workstreams and ensure each workstream has clarity, ownership, and follow-through
- Drive programs from idea stage to rollout stage to scale stage
- Ensure initiatives do not get delayed because of unclear dependencies, weak ownership, or lack of review rhythm
2. Build Execution Structure and Operating Cadence
- Create and maintain trackers, dashboards, review cadences, and reporting systems for key initiatives
- Run weekly and periodic reviews for important projects to ensure visibility, accountability, and timely escalation
- Bring structure to execution by clearly documenting goals, timelines, action items, blockers, and decisions
- Ensure follow-ups actually happen and open items are driven to closure
- Build lightweight but effective systems that improve execution discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
3. Work Across Product and Engineering for Delivery
- Partner with product, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure that critical initiatives move smoothly from planning to implementation
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, release readiness, and unresolved blockers
- Help ensure launches happen with better coordination and fewer avoidable delays
- Support prioritization conversations by bringing clarity on timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Ensure post-launch follow-through on bugs, gaps, learnings, and next steps
4. Partner with Marketing and Growth Teams to Scale Initiatives
- Work closely with marketing and growth teams to help take important initiatives to market effectively
- Ensure launch plans include execution across communication, enablement, campaigns, adoption, and growth support where relevant
- Track whether initiatives are merely launched or actually scaled and adopted
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between product/tech and marketing/growth teams for rollouts, campaigns, launches, and strategic growth projects
- Help leadership understand what is working, what is underperforming, and what actions are required to improve outcomes
5. Track Growth Funnels and Business Performance
- Track important growth and business funnels across acquisition, activation, conversion, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion where relevant
- Work with business, product, marketing, sales, operations, and analytics teams to identify funnel gaps and leakage points
- Maintain visibility on funnel movement, conversion rates, blockers, and initiative-level business outcomes
- Support leadership with structured analysis on what is impacting growth, execution, adoption, or operational efficiency
- Ensure key initiatives are tied to measurable business metrics rather than only task completion
- Help define success metrics, monitor progress against them, and drive follow-up actions based on data
6. Support Founders and Leadership on High-Priority Projects
- Work directly with founders and leadership team on selected strategic priorities
- Help founders move faster by creating clarity, tracking decisions, coordinating execution, and ensuring momentum across teams
- Step into ambiguous problem statements and convert them into working plans and tracked execution systems
- Assist on mission-critical company projects that require close coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Ensure leadership has timely visibility into what is on track, off track, blocked, or needs intervention
7. Problem Solving and Process Improvement
- Identify recurring causes of execution delays, inefficiencies, or missed outcomes
- Recommend and implement better processes, review mechanisms, or ownership structures
- Solve for breakdowns between teams where work is falling through gaps
- Improve clarity in handoffs between departments
- Create stronger systems for initiative management, accountability, and scale
