Program Manager supports the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the data center's growth and operational efficiency. This role focuses on optimizing business processes, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in project management to ensure successful implementation of strategic plans, driving long-term success and competitive advantage.

*Key Responsibilities of Role

Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance the data center's market position, profitability, and long-term growth.

Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map, analyze, and improve business processes to drive operational excellence.

Performance Management & Reporting: Support the development of performance metrics and dashboards to monitor strategic initiatives and business performance.

Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to strategic initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Change Management: Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies within the data center.

Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

*Qualifications and Experience

15+ years experience,

Graduate Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / E&I)

Preferred - Certification in Project Management / PMP
