Job Description

Manage and support ongoing Security Awareness program. Design and execute periodic simulated phishing exercises, analyze and report on security awareness metrics, and develop engaging security training content for both new hires and existing employees. Oversee the creation and delivery of onboarding and refresher training, manage all related communications, produce management reports, and maintain responsive two-way communication channels to address employee queries. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in training development, onboarding program management, and facilitation of security awareness initiatives. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsibilities including:

  • Design, coordinate, and execute periodic simulated phishing exercises for employees.
  • Develop, update, and facilitate security awareness training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Create and manage onboarding and refresher security training content and schedules.
  • Analyze training outcomes and phishing exercise results, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Communicate security awareness updates and initiatives across the organization.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to employee queries through established communication channels.
  • Ensure all training content aligns with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security awareness in business processes.
  • Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and emerging threats.
  • Leverage relevant certifications such as Instructional Design, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar, to ensure continuous improvement in training methodologies and program effectiveness.
