Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who should be a senior person (10-15 years) with OCI IaaS/PaaS/SaaS technical background or A senior person (10-15 years) with initial development background and then having Financial services SaaS services product management experience will be the right candidate. Following are the mandatory skillsets required -

  • Good understanding of basic OCI and SaaS hosting platforms (GBUCS 3.0 and CFS)
  • Basic understanding of roles played by SaaS product engineering/architecture, Cloud QA, DevSecOps, SRE and AMS in a SaaS eco-system
  • Basic understanding of SaaS release practices, SaaS incident management (E.g. Knowledge on GOC/MIaaS Sev1 incident management methods)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as direct SaaS customer interaction may be required
  • Experience in co-ordinating different teams to deliver the work products
  • Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations and confluence pages
  • Experience in defining effective processes (prepare process flow diagrams) by studying existing cloud ops practices and implement the same for different cloud ops activities.

Following are some of the major tasks this person will be working -

  • Review current cloud ops processes across FS SaaS services and standardize the same.
  • Progress tracking of critical tasks/projects across FS SaaS teams and prepare executive management updates
  • Coordination of stakeholders and provide progress updates to executive leadership during Sev1 incident triaging.
  • Attend internal / customer calls pertaining to SaaS implementation / go live / issues and appraise AMS and SRE teams.
  • Speak to Fusion and other GIU SaaS service TPM teas to understand the operational aspects of matured SaaS teams.
  • Financial Services Cloud Ops centralized confluence pages development
  • Identify the mandatory M&O tools for both GBUCS and CFS SaaS services and standardize the implementation across SaaS services.
  • Work closely with new SaaS customers for first one-month once environments are handed over to ensure a smooth customer on-boarding experience.

TPM involves in process standardization, planning, coordinating, and overseeing SaaS projects tied to the delivery, enhancement, implementation, support and incident management of financial services SaaS applications. It also bridges the gap between engineering teams, product management, and external/internal stakeholders to ensure SaaS projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards set.   • Incident Management Coordination and prepare customer facing root cause analysis summaries
