JOB DESCRIPTION

In this Role, You Will Focus On:

  • Build long-term customer partnerships through trust and delivery excellence.
  • Planning and managing end‑to‑end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
  • Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Managing budgets, resource allocation, and cost control (EAC management)
  • Identifying project risks and dependencies, and implementing mitigation plans
  • Tracking project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Ensuring timely communication through status reports, dashboards, and meetings
  • Managing change requests and ensuring proper documentation and approvals
  • Ensuring adherence to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements

ForThisRole,YouWill Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline)
  • 15+ years of experience managing medium to large‑scale control system projects
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and project execution methodologies (project management methodologies and best practices)
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk & stockholder management
  • Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

. PMP, MBA certification

  • Experience managing cross‑functional or global teams
  • Exposure to Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, Life Sciences, or Process Industries
  • Proven working experience in project management of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)/Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) /Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) systems.
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience handling contracts and change management
