About the Team:

We're looking for a Consultant – Program Management Associate who is organised, proactive, and execution-focused. This role involves supporting the day-to-day administration, coordination, and management of flagship fellowship programmes and shared programme infrastructure within the Policy, Politics & Governance Foundation (PPGF).

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of programme activities, supporting outreach and engagement efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining programme systems, processes, and timelines.

What Would This Role Entail

  • Support the day-to-day administration and operational management of fellowship programmes, ensuring smooth execution across programme phases.
  • Maintain programme records, trackers, timelines, and documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate programme application processes, shortlisting, evaluations, interviews, and communication with applicants.
  • Support the planning and execution of training sessions, including coordination with guest speakers, logistics management, task assignments, and follow-ups.
  • Execute online and offline outreach initiatives, including institutional engagement, events, campus drives, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Coordinate fellow allocation, programme logistics, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution and engagement.
  • Monitor programme progress, track outputs, and prepare reports, updates, and performance assessments for internal review.
  • Support the management of programme social media and digital infrastructure in collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective communication and outreach.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support programme requirements and institutional engagement efforts.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and contribute to effective, practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in programme management, project coordination, operations, or a related administrative role. Prior exposure to fellowship management, political organisations, think tanks, or policy institutions is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project coordination tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High degree of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with fellowship programmes, policy ecosystems, political organisations, or institutional outreach initiatives.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, social media coordination, outreach campaigns, or event execution.
