As a Program Management Senior Specialist You Are At The Center Of a Top Priority Customer Tier/Cohort For Both GOC And Google Which Supports The Top Advertisers In Google's Ads Ecosystem. There Are a Number Of Client And Internal Stakeholders Globally Distributed Across Operations, Design, Reporting, Sales, Product And Strategy. A Program Management Lead
- Is the central point of accountability who strategically plans and drives the execution of Optimization, Implementation, and Creative solutions
- Orchestrate internal resources, manage stakeholder relationships (client, sales, ops), and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Translates objectives into actionable tasks, oversees execution, removes roadblocks, and identifies process improvements.
Position Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management:
- Facilitate and lead initial client kickoff and discovery sessions to thoroughly document and internalize client business goals, campaign objectives, and unique contextual factors.
- Maintain a continuous, high-touch relationship with the sales team (sellers) to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and a unified client service approach throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive, data-informed quarterly service plans that strategically align with the client's overarching business goals and market strategy.
- Provide expert recommendations on the integration of new services (if applicable) or media solutions to optimize performance
- Communicate risks and challenges to business stakeholders and present recommended solutions.
- Task Management:
- Analyze and meticulously translate high-level business objectives and client-provided requirements into actionable, clearly defined internal service requests or tickets.
- Establish clear scope, success criteria, and priority levels for execution by delivery teams.
- Trigger timely followup and closure for the above
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and perform strategic evaluations of the client's existing media mix and ads strategy.
- Collaboration and Insight gathering:
- Escalation point of contact (POC) for GOC & Google stakeholders which may include liaising directly with SDM, Workflow Managers and Heads of support teams
- Act as a central coordinator and driver for the continuation of GOC/MSP support and frequency of tasks.
- Liaison with Ops Managers to utilize SME expertise and team leadership to execute the plans developed for each specific cohort.
- Establish a direct and frequent alignment loop with the Specialist / Seller to ensure timely follow-through, continuous optimization, and the embedding of expert recommendations into the client's ongoing strategy
- Expanded Version:
- Function as the Pod (team) Lead and central point of accountability, responsible for strategically driving the development and successful implementation of optimizations and relevant client solutions.
- This includes orchestrating internal resources, removing roadblocks, and ensuring that all delivered solutions effectively address the client's needs
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction and operationalize solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, Operations and PEX
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Graduation degree or equivalent practical experience with a strong academic record
- 6-8+ years of Google Program Management experience or 6+ years of experience in managing end to end marketing/advertising campaigns for large customers in the digital media space encompassing negotiating sales operations nuances and nurturing stakeholder partnerships
- Strong level of independent decision making, stakeholder engagement and experience in leading larger initiatives and projects for GOC
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting Advertising products like DV360, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile), Google Analytics, with in-depth knowledge of various online advertising models
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to recommend internal process improvements and to identify the information required for appropriate troubleshooting
- Highly responsible and productive under time pressure and able to prioritize & channelize high volumes of work
- Ability to understand both advertiser's business goals and the internal team's capabilities to synthesis best possible solution to meet the ROI
- Flexibility to work across various time zones and independently in night Shifts as needed
