As a Program Management & Reporting- Vice President, you will be primarily responsible for leading and coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process, including the short- and long-term projection of earnings and capital over varying economic scenarios. FP&A operates in close cooperation with firm-wide groups in each line of business to prepare management reports and presentations for the Operating Committee and the Board of Directors.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive endtoend development of new reporting solutions from concept through design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Align solutions with business objectives by conducting comprehensive input analysis and optimizing process logic.
- Learn and map business processes to build a strong understanding of data structures, lineage, and usage.
- Analyze, design, and develop automation frameworks and scripts; test, debug, and document to meet business requirements; programmanage delivery to completion.
- Partner with finance managers to understand processes and pain points; propose and execute automation using Alteryx, Qlik Sense, and Python.
- Manage stakeholders by facilitating requirements, setting expectations, communicating progress/risks, and driving consensus.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Service
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn the process and it's nuances and propose and execute solution to make the process efficient
- Team player - Ability to work in an Agile Team and follow common good practices
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Communicate in an effective manner
- Excellent relationship building skills, strong ability to develop partnerships to drive results
