Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented PMO Lead with 5+ years of experience in managing technology delivery, project governance, and enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving project execution excellence, financial governance, resource optimization, and delivery predictability across Microsoft Cloud, Azure, AI, Data, and Digital Transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Governance & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead and manage PMO operations across multiple technology programs.
  • Define and implement project financial governance frameworks, including:
  • Revenue tracking
  • Cost management
  • P&L monitoring
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Resource and utilization forecasting
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
  • Monitor program health across financials, scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, budgets, and customer commitments.
  • Establish KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting frameworks.

2. Resource & Portfolio Management

  • Drive resource planning, allocation, utilization tracking, and capacity forecasting.
  • Maintain portfolio-level visibility across projects and engagements.
  • Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, Delivery, and Business teams for workforce planning and resource optimization.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Sales and Business teams in managing order books, revenue planning, contract/SOW tracking, and execution governance.
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews and governance meetings.

4. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Drive PMO automation initiatives using AI-powered tools and reporting platforms.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and project management tools.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, PMO, or Operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, resource management, and delivery governance.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and implement simplified, scalable processes.
  • Experience leveraging project management systems and enhancing their adoption through process improvements and automation.
  • Experience working within a technology partner ecosystem is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Project and Power BI reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
