Role: Program Manager
Educational Requirement: Engg / Design
Experience Requirement: 5 to 10 years of of professional experience in live projects
Experience with OEM preferred.
Job Role:
Responsible for end-to-end program coordination within the Car Design Studio ensuring alignment to vehicle development milestones, design deliverables, and cross-functional integration.
Job Responsibility:
Program planning and milestone tracking
Cross functional interface between Design & Engineering
Design release coordination & managing and communicating changes.
Program reporting and dashboard preparation for Management
Competency Requirement:
Technical / Functional:
Knowledge of vehicle Development cycle from Concept to SOP, Engineering drawings, fit and finish requirements in terms of GAP and LD (Level difference)
Behavioral:
Proactive, Assertive, Strong communication skills, effective team player, Stakeholder Management skills.
Specific Expertise for functional area: Advance Excel, Power point with new technological tools
