The Program Management Intern will support the planning, tracking, and execution of cross functional initiatives across EconomicTimes.com. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining program documentation, and ensuring timely follow ups on key deliverables. This internship provides hands on exposure to real world program management in a fast paced digital media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program managers in tracking tasks, timelines, risks, and dependencies across ongoing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of action items and deliverables
- Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and summary updates for stakeholders
- Maintain and update program trackers, documentation, and dashboards
- Follow up on open items and help ensure alignment across teams
- Assist in organizing meetings, reviews, and cross team discussions
- Support ad hoc program related activities as required
Skills, Experience and Expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders
- Comfortable working with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and email
Good to Have skills
- Exposure to project or program management concepts
- Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of how digital products and teams operate
Eligibility
- Students in their final year or recent graduates from any discipline
