About The Role

As a Program Intern at Newton School of Technology, you will support the smooth execution of academic and operational programs by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining dashboards, and identifying process bottlenecks. This role offers hands-on experience in program management, operational analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, ideal for candidates interested in education, operations, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report daily and weekly program KPIs such as completion rates, participations, and TAT.
  • Maintain dashboards to ensure transparency and visibility for all stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks or delays in sub-processes and escalate proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to defined SOPs across all program operations.
  • Support documentation of processes and contribute to continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a UG degree or higher in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and content handling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
  • Good written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
