Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Management professional who can drive end-to-end execution of
financial products by working closely with internal stakeholders, banks, NBFC partners, and
cross-functional teams. The role will focus on product structuring, risk policy alignment, growth
strategy, and post-launch business performance management.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing lending or financial products,
handling partner coordination, improving funnel conversions, and driving scalable business
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
. Drive end-to-end business management for lending / financial products across the product lifecycle.
. Work on product structuring in alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and partner expectations.
. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and external partners for onboarding, policy alignment, operational execution, and business expansion.
. Collaborate with Risk, Data, Growth, Operations, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure
smooth product rollout and process efficiency.
. Define and implement risk policies, eligibility criteria, and operational controls to maintain
portfolio quality.
. Monitor funnel performance across sourcing, approval, disbursal, and activation stages,
and identify opportunities for optimization.
. Drive growth initiatives post product launch through process improvements, partnerships, campaigns, and conversion enhancement strategies.
. Analyze business metrics, customer behavior, and portfolio performance to support data-driven decision-making.
. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely resolution of operational or partner-related issues.
. Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for leadership discussions.
Required Skills & Experience:
. Experience in Business Management, Product Management, Lending Operations, or Financial Services.
. Strong understanding of digital lending, APIs, tech journeys and AI enablement is a must.
. Strong understanding of lending products, product structuring, and risk frameworks.
. Experience in coordinating with Banks, NBFCs, or financial institution partners.
. Good understanding of funnel management, portfolio monitoring, and business growth metrics.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Operations, Tech, and Sales teams.
. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
. Experience in fintech, digital lending, payments, or BFSI domain will be preferred.
Preferred Background:
. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
. Prior experience in fintech, lending, credit cards, merchant financing, or unsecured loan
products is an added advantage.
