Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Program Lead Rifle and Pistol Coach. The individual in this position will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of training programs. Responsibilities include designing training regimes, coaching athletes, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback for improvement. The Program Lead will ensure smooth program operation, address participant inquiries, and maintain a safe, professional, and empowering training environment.

Qualifications

• Program Management and Analytical Skills to effectively plan and manage training schedules and evaluate athlete performance.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with athletes, parents, and stakeholders while addressing their needs professionally and empathetically.
• Training Expertise, including technical knowledge of Rifle and Pistol shooting, to provide high-quality coaching and mentorship.
• Passion for sports and a commitment to developing athletes potential.
• Previous experience in sports coaching or program management is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations around shooting sports is advantageous.
