About the Role:
The Project Lead for Marketing Analytics owns end-to-end delivery of the Marketing Analytics program, including planning, stakeholder coordination, requirements management, dashboard enhancement delivery, QA governance, metric-definition alignment, and release communication. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, analytics SMEs, data/engineering teams, and reporting developers to ensure marketing dashboards and insights products are accurate, timely, and aligned to business needs.

Responsibilities
. Lead the Marketing Analytics workstream across enhancements, issue resolution, and optimization initiatives.
. Run project cadence including daily syncs, technical walkthroughs, and stakeholder status reviews.
. Gather, clarify, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, trackers, and releases.
. Act as the primary liaison across marketing stakeholders, analytics SMEs, BI/reporting teams, and data engineering teams.
. Own KPI and business-rule alignment for marketing dashboards, including calculation logic, filters, funnel definitions, and attribution rules.
. Oversee dashboard QA across dev, QA, and production environments and coordinate release readiness and deployment communication.
. Manage issue logs, change requests, dependencies, risks, and future enhancements in a structured and transparent way.
. Ensure stakeholder feedback is addressed, documented, and incorporated into delivery plans.
. Support reconciliation of dashboard outputs against source data and business expectations using pivots, crosstabs, and issue-analysis artifacts.
. Prepare status reports, review decks, and governance updates for project and business stakeholders

Job Requirement
.Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in project management, analytics delivery, BI product ownership, or marketing analytics program leadership.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in marketing analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), digital analytics, campaign performance reporting, lead/opportunity funnel reporting, and attribution logic.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional analytics or dashboard delivery projects involving business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams.
  • Strong experience with KPI governance, metric definition alignment, and reporting logic validation.
  • Experience managing dashboard enhancement backlogs, QA cycles, release coordination, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or similar BI/reporting platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills
