Role/ Job Title: Program Lead – Loyalty & Alliances

Function/ Department: Retail Banking

Job Purpose

Responsible for driving the strategic direction, performance, and profitability of the bank's loyalty and alliance programs. This role involves defining KPIs and ROI parameters, conducting financial forecasting and sensitivity analysis, and identifying new opportunities for loyalty initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program excellence and deliver compelling offers and partnerships that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define KPIs and ROI parameters to continuously track and optimize program performance and profitability.
  • Co-generate financial forecasts and conduct sensitivity analysis to assess ROI and risk for the loyalty program.
  • Lead concept development and scoping of new loyalty opportunities, including accrual rules and redemption options.
  • Recommend promotional and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and operations teams to ensure overall program excellence.
  • Ensure best-in-class deals, offers, and affiliate presence on the platform.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the loyalty landscape, customer needs, competitive insights, and emerging technologies.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across supporting teams and business units to drive operational efficiencies and deliver high-quality customer service.

Education Qualification: Graduation: Any Graduation

Postgraduate: Any postgraduate

Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience
