Job Title: Project Manager
Department/Function: Operations – Project Management and Quality Assurance
Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure and cloud platform projects with a strong focus on AWS, Azure, and cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should also understand Gen AI, AI agentic frameworks, and LLM modules, with RPA knowledge as an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Management: Lead and manage cloud migration projects across AWS and Azure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Understanding of cloud architecture including cost optimization. Engage in technical discussions during project scoping. Architecture review meetings with IT Security, Enterprise architect and OEM teams.
AI & Automation Integration: Oversee the integration of Gen AI, AI agentic frameworks, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into IT infrastructure and business processes.
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, vendors, and cloud service providers to drive project success.
Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Experience in implementing CICD pipeline for software deployment process
Automation & RPA (Preferred): Familiar with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts in infrastructure management.
Experience in IT project management, focusing on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) and IT infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing cloud migration and modernization projects.
knowledge of Gen AI, AI agentic models, LLM frameworks, and automation technologies will be added advantage
Experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
PMP, PRINCE2, AWS/Azure certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, AZ-900, etc.) are a plus.
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Computer Engineering (B.Tech)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) Computer Engineering (B.Tech)
Experience: 10 - 18 years of relevant experience
