We are looking for a dynamic and strategic communications professional to lead and strengthen organizational communications, branding, and outreach efforts. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and media management to enhance visibility and positioning across diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's corporate communications strategy across internal and external platforms.
- Develop high-quality content and creative communication materials including reports, campaigns, presentations, digital content, and leadership communication.
- Drive strategic outreach initiatives with key stakeholders, partners, media, and ecosystem actors to strengthen organizational visibility and engagement.
- Design and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and programmatic priorities.
- Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and visual identity across channels.
- Manage media relations, press engagement, and external communications to build a strong public narrative and brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, events, partnerships, and knowledge dissemination efforts.
- Track communication impact, media visibility, and outreach effectiveness to continuously improve engagement strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in communications, branding, media relations, or strategic outreach.
- Strong expertise in corporate communications, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience in managing media outreach, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the development, social impact, sustainability, or consulting sector will be preferred.
