We're Hiring: Programme Lead for Artificial Intelligence & Business Innovationprogrammes

What you'll do
- Teach across both technical and applied modules — from Python, machine learning, and data foundations to Artificial Intelligence applications in business, innovation, and entrepreneurship
- Curate and develop course content in line with industry needs, keeping the programme sharp, current, and relevant
- Lead programme delivery — academic planning, faculty coordination, student progression, and day-to-day administration
- Build and nurture the faculty team, including visiting industry experts and adjunct educators
- Uphold academic quality through assessments, moderation, and alignment with university and regulatory standards
- Curate industry experiences by building and managing partnerships for live projects, internships, masterclasses, and guest sessions
- Design workshops and capstones that bridge classroom learning with real business problems
- Drive student outcomes — placements, internships, and industry readiness — in partnership with the careers team
- Mentor students through their academic and career journeys
- Represent the programme externally at admissions events, industry forums, and with prospective students and parents
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, data, digital transformation, or tech-led business roles
- Hands-on fluency with Artificial Intelligence tools and real-world applications
- An active network across Artificial Intelligence / tech / business ecosystems
- Ability to lead and take ownership of a programme end-to-end
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus (not a must)
- Postgraduate qualification preferred
