Role Overview:-
As a Program Intern, you will work directly with the Campus Head in a cross-functional capacity, stepping into whichever area needs attention on any given day – admissions one week, placements the next, hostel operations when the situation demands. This is not a siloed, back-office internship; you won't be assigned to a single function. Instead, you'll move fluidly across campus operations based on priority, learning how an educational institution works end-to-end. Your work will have a direct, visible impact on the student experience.
What You Could Be Working On:-
The following are the functional areas you'll operate across. Your focus will shift based on the need of the hour, campus calendar, and emerging priorities.
1.Campus & Hostel Operations
- Assist in day-to-day campus operations including facility coordination, vendor management,and logistics.
- Help maintain operational checklists, trackers, and SOPs to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
2.Student Experience & Welfare
- Be a point of contact for student concerns – escalating issues, following up on resolutions, and maintaining feedback loops.
- Help plan and execute student engagement activities: orientation programs, cultural events, workshops, and wellness initiatives.
- Contribute to the Progression Charter – a structured framework to continually improve student experience and outcomes.
3.Internships & Placements
- Support the placements pipeline – company outreach tracking, student readiness programs, scheduling drives, and documentation.
- Help maintain databases of recruiter relationships, placement statistics, and student profiles.
- Coordinate mock interviews, resume reviews, and career development sessions.
4.Admissions Support
- Assist in admissions outreach – responding to inquiries, organizing campus tours, and supporting counselling sessions.
- Help maintain lead trackers, application pipelines, and conversion analytics.
- Support the preparation of marketing collateral, webinars, and campus events for prospective students.
5.Documentation & Communication
- Draft emails, reports, meeting notes, and internal communications on behalf of the Campus Head.
- Maintain and organize critical documents on Google Workspace, Notion, or other collaborationtools.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and status reports for leadership reviews.

- Tech Comfort : You're proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), familiar with tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and are comfortable leveraging Agentic AI to maximize your output.
- Attention to Detail : You demonstrate exceptional accuracy in data entry, proofreading, and document review to ensure error-free deliverables.
- Confidentiality & Integrity : You'll handle sensitive academic and personal data. Discretion is non-negotiable.
Nice to Have:-
Prior experience (even personal projects or college leadership roles) in event management, student council, hostel committees, college fest coordination, or campus ambassador programs. Familiarity with the Indian higher education ecosystem is a bonus.
