Job Title: Program Faculty - Naturopathy

Location: Noida (Onsite, Full-Time)

About the Role:

AAFT Online is launching an Online Diploma Program in Naturopathy and is looking for a

full-time, onsite faculty member to lead the academic delivery of the program. The role

involves teaching students, developing curriculum, coordinating with industry experts, and

ensuring high academic quality for online learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor students enrolled in the Online Diploma in Naturopathy

Design, review, and update curriculum, modules, and assessments

Conduct live online sessions and support recorded content development

Coordinate with industry experts for content creation and guest sessions

Guide students in projects, practicals, and capstone work

Ensure content is suitable for online and blended learning formats

Work closely with the Academics, Instructional Design, and Production teams

Eligibility & Requirements:

Degree in Naturopathy or a related field is mandatory

Proven experience in naturopathy practice (clinical or wellness setting)

Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred

Strong understanding of holistic health, lifestyle-based healing, and natural therapies

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential

Good industry connections and ability to bring experts on board

Comfortable working in an academic and structured environment
