Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Program Executive – Sales to drive enrollments for our technology training programs. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead conversion, relationship building, and sales closing while maintaining a strong focus on achieving monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Generate new leads through colleges, student communities, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group presentations, and program briefings.
- Explain course offerings, career opportunities, and program benefits to prospective students.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close enrollments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing customer feedback and campaign insights.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

- Engineering students (1st to 4th year)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Admissions Counseling.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Education, or B2C Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi and/or Telugu.
- Comfortable with phone sales, WhatsApp communication, and face-to-face interactions.
- Strong target orientation and self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within engineering colleges or student communities.
- Experience in educational counseling or program admissions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
