Job Title: Program Director - Master Planner

We at Coforge are hiring for Master Planner/Scheduler, who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the integrated master schedule for the Airport Master Systems Integration (MSI). This role ensures alignment across all technology and construction activities, identifies scheduling risks, and supports timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the built environment, particularly within airport infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for the MSI project using industry-standard scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate with project managers, technical leads, and contractors to gather schedule inputs and updates.
  • Identify, analyze, and report on schedule risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between technology systems delivery and construction timelines.
  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules and provide variance analysis.
  • Support scenario planning and schedule impact assessments for changes and delays.
  • Prepare regular schedule reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling roles within large infrastructure or airport projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of built environment and airport systems integration.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with airport operational systems and technology programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of project controls and reporting frameworks.
